Dear Julie,

You are considered for assessment to a possible promotion during autumn by the Department of Mathematical sciences. We therefore would like to ask you to upload your CV and list of publications, according to the instructions in step one below.

In the end of September, the Chairman of the Faculty Appointment Committee will discuss all departments' proposals for promotions. This meeting will result in a formal decision regarding which appointments will be considered during October - December 2020. After this, the management at your Department will determine and inform you when it is time for you to write a complete application of your possible promotion (see step two in the instructions below).

You reach the application form by clicking on the button at the foot of the page. Choose “New user?” and create your own account by filling in your personal data. You can afterwards easily update your application at any time by logging in to your account.

A description of the following process
When you have uploaded your complete application in ReachMee, it will be checked by the Chairman of the Faculty Appointment Committee. If you meet the requirements we, at the Recruitment Unit, will send your application to 3 scientific experts and 1 pedagogical experts who will assess the application. The assessors normally need 6-8 weeks for the assessment. Thereafter the Faculty Appointment Committee decides whether you meet the requirements and can be recommended to be appointed to "biträdande professor" by the President.

The process to biträdande professor ends with your promotion lecture at the department, and after your lecture the President can appoint you to biträdande professor.
