ENRX AS is looking for an experienced Project manager who is motivated, committed and passionate to serve our customers. Secure and improve the ENRX brand globally in all customer relations.

You will work in a team with skilled colleagues and with employees in our sister companies across Asia, America and Europe. The Project department consist of 3 order handlers and 6 project manager.

At our premises in Skien, you will be close to the entire value chain from development of new technology through production and delivery to customer.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Manage a portfolio of Customer Projects from start to finish by;
  • Facilitating definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Monitoring and report on project progress to stakeholders
•        Play a key role in ensuring projects meet quality, time and cost goals
• Project managers are also responsible for
  • Managing internal development projects within Induction Power Systems Applications
  • Leading and participating in improvement projects both internally and globally
• Project managers also provide application support to sales organization

Education, experience and skills

• You have a bachelor’s degree in electrical/ mechanical engineering or equivalent
• You have experience in project management
• You are familiar with KPI`s on time, cost and quality
• You have experience and skills in use of standard office software and ERP system
• You have experience from contract management and negotiations
• You have excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian.
• You have good customer service skills and are a real team player
