ENRX is looking for a Sales Manager to work in Sweeden in our Scandinavian Sales Team.
We seek a colleague who is motivated and committed, and who is passionate about making sure our customers will see ENRX as a reliable and good partner. You will work in a team with skilled colleagues and with employees in our sister companies in Asia, America and Europe.

The position working from a flexible location/home office.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Proactive sales, negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements both to existing and new customers
  • Execute the sales strategy and customer management
  • High degree of customer visits in Sweden
  • Identify and analyse new potential customers
  • Daily work in the CRM system
  • Meet KPI’s – goals and objectives
  • Attend order review meetings
  • Follow up milestones according to our Total Quality Management System (TQM)


Required education and experience:

  • Technical background
  • Relevant experience within technical solution selling in Sweden
  • Team player
  • English and Swedish language fluent, both written and oral
  • Frequent travel to production site in Norway is expected
  • Knowledge of automation, induction heating and/or heat treatment can be an advantage
