Responsibilities
- Management of assigned ABSC business area;
- Strategic development and management of service portfolio (incl. area’s structure, functions, positions, business case, technical capabilities etc.);
- Representation and reporting of business area related analysis, statistics, financials, SLAs/KPIs and strategy perspectives towards the stakeholders;
- Strategic business relationship maintenance with Atea`s Top Management;
- Maintenance and management of business area’s financial stability and profitability;
- Conformity of Legal, ISO, Code of Conduct, GDPR, CSR requirements and other required standards;
- Management of risk analysis and mitigation activities;
- Awareness creation of ABSC role within the Atea Group;
- High level escalation management, resource management;
- Supervision and implementation support of process development across the business area’s functions;
- Enable environment for overall employee engagement and development;
- Enabling cross team information management.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in management role;

Gross salary range:
2500 – 3200 EUR
