Responsibilities

  • Management of assigned ABSC business area;
  • Strategic development and management of service portfolio (incl. area’s structure, functions, positions, business case, technical capabilities etc.);
  • Representation and reporting of business area related analysis, statistics, financials, SLAs/KPIs and strategy perspectives towards the stakeholders;
  • Strategic business relationship maintenance with Atea`s Top Management;
  • Maintenance and management of business area’s financial stability and profitability;
  • Conformity of Legal, ISO, Code of Conduct, GDPR, CSR requirements and other required standards;
  • Management of risk analysis and mitigation activities;
  • Awareness creation of ABSC role within the Atea Group;
  • High level escalation management, resource management;
  • Supervision and implementation support of process development across the business area’s functions;
  • Enable environment for overall employee engagement and development;
  • Enabling cross team information management.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in management role;
  • Ability to understand business needs and recognize potential for improvements;
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Strong decision making and problem solving abilities;
  • Ability to encourage team to come up with new initiatives and seek for efficiency;
  • Leadership and problem solving skills;
  • Proactive, Intellectual versatility and willingness to continuously learn;
  • Technological curiosity and awareness;
  • MS Office proficiency (incl. Visio and Excel);
  • Lean knowledge;
  • ITIL framework knowledge;
  • Service Design and Service Operations;
  • General understanding of IT security (NIS2 etc.);
  • Understanding of GDPR.

Gross salary range:
2500 – 3200 EUR
