We are looking for a Junior Finance Specialist to join our Accounts Receivable team. Here are some of the things that you would be doing and some skills that would come in handy in this position:
Responsibilities
- Performing various accounting tasks as booking invoices etc;
- Correspond with customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner;
- Be responsible for a list of customers and making sure that customers are paying invoices on time (this may require calling them via phone);
- Maintaining and updating written documentation;
- Processing and reconciling incoming payments.
Requirements
- English skills at a B2 level or higher both spoken and written;
- Accuracy, precision and attention to details;
- Professionalism and responsibility;
- Ability to work independently and within a team;
- Quick learner, interest to become a knowledgeable and experienced specialist;
- Previous experience in accounting field will be considered as an advantage;
- Higher education in finance or any related field is not mandatory, but will be considered as an advantage.
