Responsibilities

  • Management of assigned ABSC Business Area;
  • Strategic development and management of service portfolio (incl. Area’s structure, functions, positions, business cases, technical capabilities etc.);
  • Representation and reporting of Business Area related analysis, statistics, financials, SLAs/KPIs and strategy perspectives towards the stakeholders;
  • Strategic business relationship maintenance with Atea`s Top Management;
  • Awareness creation and promotion of ABSC within the Atea Group;
  • Supervision and implementation support of process development across the Business Area’s functions;
  • Enablement of environment for overall employee engagement and development;
  • Resource management;
  • Facilitating cross team information management;
  • Leadership of Area team leaders including 1-1 sessions and development dialogue conversations;
  • Maintenance and management of Business area’s financial stability and profitability;
  • Conformity of legal, ISO, Code of Conduct, CSR requirements and other required standards;
  • Management of risk analysis and mitigation activities.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field or ACCA certification;
  • 3+ experience in Management/Leadership position;
  • Ability to understand business needs and recognize potential for improvements;
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Strong decision making and problem solving abilities;
  • Team player and win-win mindset;
  • Ability to encourage the team to come up with new initiatives and seek efficiency.

Gross salary range:
2200 – 3000 EUR
