We are looking for an IT Operations Expert to be a part of our AMS team.
Responsibilities
- SCCM and Intune infrastructure maintenance ensuring good environmental health and availability;
- Troubleshooting and resolving SCCM and Intune related issues and problems;
- Providing requested reports from SCCM and Intune;
- Ensuring service levels are met by reacting to issues or proactively resolving potential issues;
- Application management – application deployment, troubleshooting delivery issues;
- Patch management – ensuring devices are patched by defined procedures and reach service level agreements.
Requirements
- Fluency in English both written and spoken;
- Goal oriented, responsible and eager to learn;
- Being up to date with Microsoft technologies;
- Familiarity with how the IT infrastructures work;
- Related experience in the IT field;
Previous experience with SCCM or similar distribution system management tool will be considered an advantage.

Gross salary range:
1600 – 1850 EUR
