We are looking for a Senior Server Infrastructure Specialist to be a part of our Datacenter Services team.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting technical problems as last level support and developing effective solutions;
- Analyzing server infrastructure data to determine inefficiencies and problems;
- Overseeing the development, installation, configuration and administration of infrastructure;
- Perform server/application related tasks for multi-platform projects/activities;
- Develop and maintain documentation about current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices;
- Training opertions team on new systems, protocols and best practices.
Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a systems engineer or server infrastructure specialist;

Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of server infrastructure;

Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general IT management best practices;

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving;

Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language;

Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required;

Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail;

Strong customer service orientation.

Gross salary range:
2500 – 3300 EUR
