We are looking for a Team Leader for our Business and Finance Controlling team.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the Team serving the customers;
- Be responsible for delivering a performance that meets or exceeds SLA and Quality targets;
- Propose improvements to optimize the current services and support the Team in continuous improvement work;
- Ensure high quality of services and customer satisfaction;
- Communication with the customers and other parties;
- Represent Team in internal, customer, partner, and supplier meetings to ensure that Teams' and companies’ interests are upheld and communicated;
- Develop and build strategies to achieve companies’ goals;
- Motivate and inspire the Team to reach and exceed their goals.
Requirements

Detail-oriented, accurate, and precise;

General understanding of accounting principles;

Computer literate with very good Excel skills;

Previous experience in leading a Business/Finance controlling team will be considered an advantage;

Existing MS Navision, SAP, and Alusta knowledge is not a requirement but will be considered an advantage.

Gross salary range:
1700 – 2000 EUR
