Functional Consultant

We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in Application support or Service desk Level 2 support on enterprise an level. Someone who has worked with an organization’s stakeholders as well as IT applications vendors and partners. Work would be in a team that delivers solutions for many users in different Atea countries and governs the application. This position would communicate with external partners as well.

Responsibilities

  • Communication with an organization’s Stakeholders;
  • Gathering and prioritization of requirements;
  • Implementation of PROS CPQ solutions;
  • Administration of PROS CPQ;
  • No-code/low-code development tasks in PROS CPQ and related MS Dynamics CRM;
  • 3rd level user support and communication with application vendor on incidents / requests.

 

Requirements

  • Fluent English language;
  • 2 years of work with/customizing enterprise level applications like CRM on admin level, no-code/low-code development or Service desk Level 2 support on enterprise level;
  • Knowledge and practical experiences with MS Azure;
  • EU Residency permit.
  • Any of the following will be considered a benefit:

  • Dynamics 365 CRM / Marketing / Customer Services;
  • API Integrations with Dynamics 365 platform/Dataverse;
  • ITIL Foundation certificate;
  • MS Azure certificates.

Gross salary range:
2500 – 3000 EUR
