Functional Consultant
We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in Application support or Service desk Level 2 support on enterprise an level. Someone who has worked with an organization’s stakeholders as well as IT applications vendors and partners. Work would be in a team that delivers solutions for many users in different Atea countries and governs the application. This position would communicate with external partners as well.
Responsibilities
- Communication with an organization’s Stakeholders;
- Gathering and prioritization of requirements;
- Implementation of PROS CPQ solutions;
- Administration of PROS CPQ;
- No-code/low-code development tasks in PROS CPQ and related MS Dynamics CRM;
- 3rd level user support and communication with application vendor on incidents / requests.
Requirements
- Fluent English language;
- 2 years of work with/customizing enterprise level applications like CRM on admin level, no-code/low-code development or Service desk Level 2 support on enterprise level;
- Knowledge and practical experiences with MS Azure;
- EU Residency permit.

Gross salary range:
