Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to be a part of our Datacenter Services team. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the handling quality of existing tasks in the Datacenter team;
  • Making an estimate for the new customer requests;
  • Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures;
  • Monitoring the performance of all Datacenter teams;
  • Assists team leaders and manager;
  • Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests;
  • Responding to the inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

 

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skill;
  • IT background;
  • Ability to control people in a friendly atmosphere;
  • Ability to multitask efficiently;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Fluent English;
  • Demonstrates commitment to IT methodologies, processes and standards;
  • Familiarity with ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation would be advantageous.

Gross salary range:
1300 – 2200 EUR
