Quality Assurance Specialist
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to be a part of our Datacenter Services team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the handling quality of existing tasks in the Datacenter team;
- Making an estimate for the new customer requests;
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures;
- Monitoring the performance of all Datacenter teams;
- Assists team leaders and manager;
- Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests;
- Responding to the inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skill;

Ability to control people in a friendly atmosphere;

Fluent English;

Demonstrates commitment to IT methodologies, processes and standards;

Familiarity with ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation would be advantageous.

Gross salary range:
1300 – 2200 EUR
