About the job

You will be part of a team that makes a difference every day, where your most important task is to ask questions, understand needs and find the perfect solution for our customers. To succeed with this, you need to be able to listen and talk to people. We offer a service where you help our customers over the phone with everything from computers to TVs and tablets. It is an advantage to know several Nordic languages as we help our customers from all over the Nordic region. Good English is a requirement. The most important part of our work is to ensure good customer satisfaction. We expect you to have a great deal of patience, be educational and understanding of everyday problems our customers encounter when it comes to technology.

The position is 37 hours a week and your shifts will have varied times on weekdays between 08:00-19:00 and Saturdays between 09:00-15:00.

We are offering both part-time and full-time employment for this vacancy.

Start date:12/08

What we offer:  

  • Base salary of 21630 dkk / month
  • Bonus up to 3500dkk / month
  • Employee benefits such as gym membership, discounted breakfast/lunch etc.
  • 9% salary benefit paid out twice per year.
