Marketing Specialist

The role

We are currently seeking to hire a highly motivated, results-orientated, Marketing Specialist to join our growing UK based team. The position is full time and involves a mix of working remotely and at times at our centrally located office in Manchester.

In this position, you will create and deliver high-quality, engaging written content and digital expressions for our portfolio of MagiCAD software solutions and services across various digital platforms. You will support the delivery of a unique brand identity and marketing messages to promote our premium products, boost awareness and support the sales team in customer acquisition and retention activities.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a local marketing plan to achieve goals and facilitate business growth.
  • Manage, coordinate, and optimise all local marketing activities across multiple digital channels to enhance visibility and awareness of the brand.
  • Grow online audiences and engagement to generate high-quality inbound leads to support sales.
  • Identify opportunities for developing and producing content, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Create and deliver engaging, high-quality written content across multiple channels, including blogs, case studies, social media, websites, and brochure text.
  • Offer insights into the creation of video content for social media platforms.
  • Support local commercial events, such as tradeshows and conferences.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the local sales and technical teams, as well as with the global marketing team, to support the creation and delivery of marketing tasks.

 

Requirement

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in the field of Marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in professional marketing roles.
  • Experience of marketing software solutions being advantageous.

 

Skills

  • Strong verbal and excellent written English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage long-term projects alongside daily tasks.
  • Are organised, can prioritise tasks, and deliver to deadlines.
  • Collaborative but can work independently and flexibly.
  • Strong attention to detail.

 

Software skills

  • Experience of using Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Basic CMS editing skills, preferably WordPress.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot beneficial but not essential.
