Job Responsibilities


-Reporting to National Sales Director, managing customer relationships and maintain customer loyalty; selling new accounts and upgrading existing accounts, providing superior customers service & support

-Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key automotive customers to meet and exceed sales goals

-Proactively communicate on regular basis with customers to identify new opportunities, provide excellent service

-Addressing and resolving key customers' complaints

-Acting as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams

-Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts

-Developing a thorough understanding of key customers' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions with internal teams

-Gathering competitive intelligence regarding pricing and other market information

-Coaching customers with our technical competences and win business chances

-Exploring new opportunities to drive additional revenue



Background & Skills


-Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering related

- Above 5-year experience of selling in automotive industry

-Proven experience in key account development and management

-Skillful at communication with others

-Excellent communication in English


-Willingness to work in a flexible time schedule and travel
