Objective:

As Inside Sales you will be responsible to support sales from within the company, typically through phone calls, emails, and online platforms,… connected with customers. You will create and qualify leads and submit meetings with customers for the sales team. You will support aftersales actions being in contact with customers. You will support and understand the order handling process.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Sales Generation:
    • Engage with potential clients, introducing them to the cutting-edge products and services offered by Piab.
    • Deeply understand client needs to tailor interactions and solutions effectively.
    • Strategically identify key players in target accounts to broaden business opportunities.
    • Continuously enrich and manage your prospect database using Salesforce CRM.
  • Enhance Customer Experiences:
    • Deliver compelling online demos that showcase the unique value of our products.
    • Provide thoughtful answers to queries from potential and existing clients.
    • Proactively reach out to existing customers with offers for spares and services, adding value to their operations.
    • Efficiently process leads from trade shows and various events to maintain momentum.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Seamlessly integrate qualified leads into the sales pipeline, coordinating with area sales managers.
    • Partner with marketing experts to sharpen lead qualification processes.
    • Gain insights into the Order Handling process, providing support as needed to ensure continuity and efficiency.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Order handling experience will be a plus.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing high number of calls per day.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills((Spanish & English).
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Degree in Commerce and Marketing or Administration and Management (FP Grado Medio o Superior).
