Accounting assistant – Summer temporary position for 8 weeks

 As an Accounting Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:  

  • Record and reconcile payments accurately. 
  • Resolve payment discrepancies. 
  • Entering invoices into the accounts payable system, checking and verifying invoices. 
  • Contact suppliers in case receive reminders 

What we expect from you: 

  • Currently pursuing a university education in a field related to finance or accounting.  
  • Previous experience in accounting and responsible for accounts payable. 
  • International experience and/or exposure is an advantage.
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information. 
  • Ability to work independently, especially critical as the position requires the candidate  manage responsibilities autonomously while the accounting team is on vacation for 4 weeks out of 8 weeks.
  • Experience with Jeeves (ERP system) is advantageous.
