We are seeking an Office Team Leader to serve as a bridge between management, the team, and our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will be able to inspire and align the team's workload towards our goals, streamline workflows between Inside and Outside teams, and handle structured reporting and monthly operational tasks.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • corporate culture and support vision and mission in alignment with our Core Values and Code of Conduct
  • and guarantee seamless execution of all internal duties, while enhancing and elevating operational processes
  • and develop internal staff according to Piab company policy
  • and monitor, and oversee incoming /outgoing finance, orders, payments
  • and long-term planning and budgeting with divisional Sales Directors
  • the Sales Order Process, Purchasing, and inventory through ERP/CRM and associated systems
  • Liaise operationally for any approval/expenditure with the POA (P&L owner) in accordance with the table of authority.
  • Legal requirements on contracting, occupational safety, working hours, working condition
  • Maintain contact with local service providers including finance
  • compliance with legal and group obligations (such as Green report, compliance, contracts, etc)
  • the operational workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies and proactively implement enhancements
  • closely with various team members

Experience and Educational Background:

  • in business administration/Customer Service or similar operational/office manager experience.
  • 2 years experience with customer service
  • 2 years experience as an office manager
  • in MS Office
  • with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
  • of CRM (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
