What you will do

As the Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for our Northeast Region Sales Territory, you will manage the states of PA, MD, DE, NJ, NY, CT, VT, MA, ME. 

You will report directly to Senior Regional Sales Manager, Lifting Automation Division, and the position is remote (work from home office). In this role, you are required to act according to the Piab Group Code of Conduct and know and follow the Piab Group values, mission, and routines. 

You will 

  • Ensure sales growth by developing existing accounts as well as a new business, through sales leads
  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between clients and Piab Group
  • Resolve client issues and complaints
  • Anticipate account changes and improvements
  • Manage communications between clients and internal teams
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and establishing a timeline of performance 

We are looking for

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently out of a home-based office
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Excellent presentation and sales skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Extensive travel within the territory is required 

Experience, and Educational background 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful business development with an industrial product line
  • Marketing, Sales, or relevant field
