Job Mission:
As a Technical Inside Sales professional, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing customer and supplier orders. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to prepare accurate quotations, engage in service activities, work on special projects, and generate insightful reports to support operational performance and decision-making, all while contributing to our mission of advancing automation.
Location: Piab Italia SRL in Volvera (TO), Italy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order Management: Efficiently handle customer and supplier orders, including order entry and issuing delivery notes.
- Quotations: Prepare accurate quotations for spare parts and service offerings, and actively engage in selling service activities.
- Project Management: Collaborate with TAWI engineers and customers on special projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports to provide insights into operational performance and support decision-making processes.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience within an industrial company.
- Technical Background: Technical knowledge is a prerequisite and Proficiency in reading and accurately interpreting technical drawings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office applications. Experience with ERP systems is required.
- Language Skills: Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
