Job Summary: 

Are you an HR professional with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture? If so, we have an exciting opportunity just for you! We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic People & Culture Generalist and Administrator to join our global team. In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our HR operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. You'll be the go-to person for managers and employees alike, providing essential support and making a real difference in their work lives. If you have a background in HR administration and are familiar with Swedish labour law, union negotiations, and collective bargaining agreements, we would love to hear from you! 

 

Location: Kungsbacka, Sweden  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • HR Administration: Streamline daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and Swedish labour laws. 
  • Employee Support: Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. 
  • Labour Law & Union Negotiations: Manage union negotiations and ensure adherence to collective bargaining agreements. 
  • Payroll support: Be the contact person to the payroll company and ensure payroll receives the information needed to ensure they pay out the correct salaries in a timely manner. 
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees. 
  • HR System and HR related portals: Maintain accurate employee records. Administrate various HR related portals for e.g. Pension, Social Security Agency, time and expense report systems. 
  • Policy and process implementation: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes. Keeping the processes updated on our intranet. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 2-3 years previous experience as an HR generalist or in HR administration, experience from a manufacturing company is a merit. 
  • Knowledge: Familiar with Swedish labour law, union negotiations, and collective bargaining agreements. 
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills. 
  • Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Qualified work experience and personality can substitute for a University degree. 
  • Employee Relations: Preferably, experience in managing relations with both blue-collar and white-collar employees, fostering a cohesive and inclusive work environment. 
  • Personality: A “can do” attitude, independent, solution-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-growing environment. 
  • Language: Proficiency in Swedish and English is required.
