We are in expanding and looking for you who want to take the lead in driving those changes within Smart Maintenance that are needed, both in existing sites, also towards new customer relations.

About the role of Smart Maintenance Engineer,

You will be part of a great team of driven and committed development engineers, spread across several of our sites in Europe. Much of the work is in project form and you will have extensive contacts both inside and outside the company. Your working day is often spent out at the customer, whereby traveling occurs to a large extent.

Quant runs a focused work in digitalization and here we would like you to contribute and be at the forefront to achieve maximum potential for our customers, both in terms of our machines and also for our employees. Other tasks included in the service are, for example, business intelligence in the industry, technical investigations, and quality work. You will drive development projects forward and support the sales organization with technical knowledge when selling and starting up new assignments.

Who are you? 

You have a relevant technical or economic degree from a university or a similar

Good track record in driving against set targets

You´re comfortable communicating in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing presentations or dialogue with customers

You like being communicative and establishing and maintaining good relationships with different kinds of stakeholders

You like working in teams and challenges motivate you

The role requires a high level of responsibility and being the leader in our improvement areas

You are target-oriented and creative in your way of solving problems

A driving license is a must and ability to travel within Sweden and to our sites in Europe
