We are looking for a Compliance Officer for a new position at our head office in Oslo. The position will have a wide contact area throughout the organization and collaborate closely with operational activities. The position will be part of our Compliance department in Oslo and will report to the Head of Compliance Norway. We are looking for a lawyer with experience from the securities market who has worked with compliance or has experience from a supervisory authority or law firm.


As part of the compliance team, you will contribute within the following areas:

  • Through compliance controls, regular assessments, ongoing advice and guidance, help ensure that the business is run in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and internal procedures
  • Development of the compliance work plan to ensure that relevant compliance risks are covered
  • Operationalisation and development of internal policies and procedures in line with regulatory developments in Norway and Europe
  • Staff training in Oslo, Copenhagen and Frankfurt
  • Reporting to internal management bodies and external reporting to supervisory authorities etc.
  • Building a good compliance culture in the firm

Competence and experience: 

  • A degree in Norwegian law with strong academic record
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong business knowledge and understanding
  • High proficiency in written and spoken Norwegian and English
