The Höganäs Student Program is a program for ambitious engineering students with a genuine interest for technique. It is a chance for you to gain insight and experiende from a potential future employer and develop an understanding about your own professional future. Our intention with the program is to have a collaboration with you as a student that extend throughout your education. After the final degree the program might lead to a permanent employment at Höganäs.

A dedicated mentor will follow you through the whole program. The programs’ first year starts with summer work in a production or laboratory environment that will give you practical work experience and understanding. Throughout following summers, you will work in development/production environment working on projects.
During the school terms there may be opportunities for extra work depending on possibilities in the business and on the status of your studies and availability.
You will also be offered to perform your Master Thesis work at Höganäs!
Your profile
We seek interested and ambitious students who are interested to work at Höganäs several summers in a row until you graduate as well as doing your Master Thesis in collaboration with us. We also expect you to be a strong ambassador for Höganäs at your university.
We are primarily looking for students in their 2nd or 3rd year studying for instance:
- Material – Material design - Chemistry
- Mechanical engineering – Electrical Engineering - Automation – Physics
- Economy – Logistic - Law
As a person you are result oriented and have the ability to take initiatives and drive your own activities. You are curious, analytical and a good problem solver. You are eager to learn and develop yourself. A good command of English, both written and verbal is required.
