Are you the IT Delivery Lead we are looking for? 

We are looking for a person who can manage, mentor, and motivate a team of software engineers working on various projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users. You will also collaborate with other team leads, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the software development process. Additionally, you will work closely with application owners to manage backlogs and prioritize the features and tasks for your team. 

It starts with you! 

• A background within software development, preferably in web or mobile applications 
• At least 2 years of experience in leading or managing a software development team 
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, practices, and tools 
• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills 

Other qualifications 

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, or equivalent education or experience 
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English in spoken and written form 

We have flexible working hours but we require all employees to be at our office 3 days a week.
