Your passion for IT  

In the role of Identity specialist, you and your team will be responsible for access and identity management for our employees. Our businesses are in a digital transformation journey and there are many large projects ongoing in our operations, all of which have strong connections to the identity group's work. Supporting these projects with your knowledge, guide them through our guiding principles for security and architecture, is part of the day-to-day work, but the role also includes working as an 3rd line specialist with incoming Service requests and incident. The IT-environment is based on a hybrid AD, follows a Cloud First strategy, and promote the use of SaaS solutions. 

Key responsibilities – include, but are not limited to:  

• Help in develop and implement strategies for identity and access management for our customers and our organization. 
• Ensure that our systems and applications are configured to follow our security policies to handle identity and access management in a secure manner to protect our organization. 
• As a specialist, you will be involved in business projects for identities and access management tasks.    
• Assist with Service requests and incidents escalated from 2nd line support within your area of expertise 
• Use scripts to automate processes for better efficiency, flexibility, and security for the business to constantly improve where we can. 

It starts with you! 

To succeed in this role, we believe you have excellent understanding of identity and access management, including technologies, frameworks and standards. You have previous work experience as a technician, working in both Active Directory and Azure AD and easily navigate around functions like Conditional Access, MFA and Identity Protection. To work efficiently, you have a mindset and knowledge to automated processed and task to maximize efficiency, security, and scalability.  

Other qualifications 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information security or related field, or equivalent work experience within IT. 
• Experience from working with ADAudit Plus 
• Azure workloads in general 
• General knowledge of PKI. 
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM). 
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English for both speech and writing 
• Comfortable with a delegated way of working and taking responsibility.  
• Since tasks within the team change over time, your skills for flexibility and adaptation are important strengths.
