Quality Assurance Lead to Twinfinity

As a QA Lead at Twinfinity you are the ambassador for quality in our company and what you do will be key in ensuring our customers continued trust in our solutions. You are a member of a passionate, skilled, cross-functional team that manages itself and is responsible for developing our ecosystem of digital twin apps. You will be part of an industry evolution, grow as a developer and human, and make life easier for people in the huge construction industry.

As a QA Lead at Twinfinity you will be 

  • Helping build our apps, systems and frameworks 
  • Leading and mentoring our development teams in the area of test automation 
  • Ensuring the stability of our offerings 
  • Implementing solutions to automate our quality assurance work 
  • Making sure that quality is build right into the very core of our products 
  • Collaborating closely with your teammates
  • Define and follow-up on quality metrics 
  • Working closely with all our teams to make sure that we live up to our quality ambitions 
  • Helping us innovate and improve how we work 

Examples of valuable skills 

  • Testing frameworks and tools, e.g. Selenium, WebDriver, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber 
  • General programming skills, ideally in C#/C++, Angular, Typescript 
  • Web technologies, typically understanding of HTML/CSS/JS but also frameworks and libraries such as Angular or React 
  • API testing 
  • Test automation 
  • User acceptance testing 
  • Manual testing 
  • Git 
  • CI / CD 
  • Performance testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner or Gatlin 
  • Security testing 
  • Experience in working in an agile environment 
  • Spoken and written English 

If you are experienced in some of these areas, great! 

Are you the person we are looking for? 

We believe that you have studied development and worked at least five years as developer that has included hands-on experience with test automation, but you have probably been interested in software development way longer than that and have knowledge in a few tech stack environments to understand when different tools work best in various situations. You are curious and want to learn and develop in your role. Further, you appreciate being part of a team with a high degree of collaborative work. You like to think analytically, and you have an attention to detail. You also understand that the landscape is continuously evolving and you are eager to learn new technologies and tools.

Through our platform and individual applications, we provide insights and tools for property owner, helping them to make the right decisions and, at the same time, minimise the negative impact on our planet.

We are a quickly growing SaaS company with high ambitions where what is possible is mostly limited by our imaginations. We have an entrepreneurial culture and consists of about 30 employees, most of whom are at our head office in Göteborg but we are also located in other places in Sweden.
