About the Position

We are now searching for a Sales Representative with passion for the outdoors and the outdoor industry to join our Central European team. This is a great opportunity to join a strong responsible outdoor company in steady growth.

The traditional wholesale business as we know it today is rapidly changing. At Norrøna we believe that the future of wholesale will rely on how brands and retailers effectively can streamline the operational cooperation in order to create an appealing consumer experience. Norrønas wholesale channel is vital for our continued growth which is why we are now looking for a Sales Representative to support our wholesale team in Germany. 

This position's responsibilities include sales promoting activities according to our processes and timeline to our wholesale customers in Germany. You will also be following up customers' needs with events, clinics and store visits. Showroom and office is located in Munich, Germany.

We believe you have experience from sales within the outdoor/sports industry, and have great passion and interest for the outdoors - just like us! 

The role is part of Norrøna’s Sales Central Europe Department, and reports to the Sales Manager of Central Europe. 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute store visits and visual merchandising weekly throughout the year all over Southern Germany
  • Conduct product trainings for Norrøna’s wholesale customers and partner stores according to plan
  • Present, promote and sell products to existing and potential customer base both Pre- and Reorder based sales
  • Participate in events internally and externally
  • Contribute in sales meetings and internal processes

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience can make up for lack of relevant education and degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the Outdoor Industry, preferably in sales
  • Fluent in both verbal and written form German and English 
  • Drivers licence B
