We are now looking for hourly paid assistants with placement at Visualization Center C, Norrköping.

Work assignments

We are looking for an hourly UX designer and developer who continues to develop creative ideas with the potential to be produced at the visualization center. The primary task of this position is to convert some Watchout storytelling projects into a common video format. You will be supported by a competent team to develop and run projects.

About you

Only those who have been admitted to education at a basic or advanced level may be employed, following the Higher Education Ordinance.

Skill in Watchout Production is a must. Please send in a video clip of your Watchout project to get an interview opportunity. You need to be experienced in interactive storytelling and have a keen sense of UX design. Your portfolio should demonstrate your ability for creative thinking, passion for great user experience, and effective usage of essential design tools and methods, such as graphic design with Adobe Illustrator, animation creation with Adobe After Effect, video editing with Adobe Premier, design prototyping with Figma, etc. Project demonstrations of other advanced design tools, such as AI-empowered design tools, are appreciated.

Clear in your communication, user-oriented, always curious about better solutions, open-minded, and taking criticism as input for improvement.

Work place

You will belong to the Department of Sciences and Technology but work closely with the Visualization Center C.

Scope of employment

This refers to intermittent employment with hourly compensation. The assignments are project-based and each project lasts 10-20 weeks. If there is interest and need, a project period can be followed by further periods. We offer the opportunity to influence working hours and where the work is performed.

Salary

Salary is regulated based on a central agreement for amanuenses, currently SEK 149,70 SEK/hour. Start date by agreement.
