You should also be interested in pursuing a PhD in the subject in the future. Your work will, among other things, involve carrying out both cell culture experiments with using cancer cells as well as generating DNA methylation data involving DNA extraction, library preparation and sequencing. Furthermore, you will perform cytotoxicity analysis using flow cytometry and AlamarBlue and protein expression analysis with Western Blot. The work will also include CRISPR knockout of selected genes in human T cells.

You should be willing and positive to learn bioinformatics analysis of DNA methylation data using R.

You will be required to present your work regularly at our group meetings, but also at national and international conferences.

 - work with DNA methylation inhibitors.

 - AlamarBlue analysis, flow cytometry and Western Blot.

 - CRISPR in human T cells including single-cell sorting and Sanger sequencing analysis.

 - molecular biology techniques.

Detailed documented theoretical knowledge of T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and DNA methylation is needed for this position.

You will have excellent communication and scientific presentation skills. You will have demonstrated ability to work in a international team. It is also meriting if you have experience working with novel reversible DNA methylation inhibitors in the context of T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
