The department of Computer Science and Engineering is a fully integrated department with the University of Gothenburg and Chalmers University of Technology as principles. The department offer courses in a broad range of subjects.
The department of Computer Science and Engineering is looking for amanuens for the spring semester 2025 to work with supervision and administration of bachelor thesis in Computer Science and Engineering
Job assignments
As an amanuens you will work with supervision and administrative tasks, such as handling submitted documents and reminders, supporting with supervision for students, following up on time reports and handling e-agreements for signing. You will have regular contact with course responsible regarding which elements and practical moments you can be of help within.
Qualifications
To be qualified for the position you are an active student at University of Gothenburg or Chalmers University of Technology, preferably studying in one of the department's MSc level programmes.
To be qualified for the position you have a bachelor degree in relevant subject area.
To be qualified for the position you should have good knowledge in Swedish, both spoken and written.
To be able to complete your work as amanuens you will need to be in Gothenburg, Sweden and be able to perform work tasks at campus Johanneberg.
We will make an overall assessment where great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Type of employment: Fixed-term employment, spring semester 2025
Extent: 20% of full-time
Location: Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Gothenburg
First day of employment: 2025-02-17 or according to agreement
