The present position is linked to research efforts in the project Platinea 2.0, which is funded by the Vinnova Innovation Agency to develop and implement social innovations in health care systems and drug supply to improve the long-term sustainable access to effective antibiotics. Platinea 2.0 is led from Uppsala University and involves collaboration with several Swedish universities, the pharmaceutical industry and Swedish public agencies, as well as Nordic co-operation. The work also relates to other research projects within CARe in the field of antibiotic resistance.
