We are looking for  

We are now looking for a housing administrator who, together with committed and driven colleagues in the Buildings and Services Department, will be involved and contribute to creating good conditions for good support for the university's tenants and students.

Work duties  

In the role of housing administrator, you work with administrative tasks such as sending housing offers, regular rent reconciliations and following up on fault reports received from university tenants. You are also responsible for ensuring that the university's students receive advice and support when navigating on the housing market in Malmö.  

Qualifications  

Specific requirements for this position:  

  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

The following would be of benefit for the position:  

  • Previous experience in a service-related role is a merit 
  • Experience of international studies is merit
  • Good knowledge of systems such as Filemaker, EPI server and Lime

To succeed in the role, we believe that you have a genuine interest in Student Affairs and enjoy meeting new people. In the role of service advisor, you talk to many students daily and you are not afraid to take the first step into a conversation.

As a person, you are attentive and accommodating. You have a great interest in helping others, you always put the student/tenant in focus and make an effort to deliver solutions that benefit both Malmö University and its tenants.

In addition, you always look out for the best of the team and are keen to create a good working climate, where you are happy to stand up to support your colleagues when needed

Work place 

Welcome to Malmö University and the Department of Buildings and Services. Together, we are part of the support for the university's operations and students. We work closely with the rest of the organisation , both in university premises and in the properties where our tenants live.

Miscellaneous
