Project Director – Hyperscale Data Centers

Are you ready to lead major projects in a fast-paced and dynamic setting? Our Special Projects – PMO division is looking for individuals keen on managing very large and challenging projects at the forefront of industry practices. We are engaged with significant projects such as the Stockholm Bypass 22 km highway tunnel, and the New Stockholm Metro, as well as major data centers across Sweden.

In the data center sector, we have multiple business opportunities in the Nordics, including a very large center. For the right candidate, we can offer truly exciting tasks.

Your New Role

As Project Director, you will lead, drive, and distribute work within the project. In this role, you will continuously monitor Bravida’s interests as a supplier and handle risks and opportunities, anticipating future consequences responsibly and accurately. You will be leading and taking overall responsibility including the project’s financials, governance, and oversight. Other areas of responsibility will be for example building the project organization and implement QA/QC and health & safety management systems.

We have significant data center projects underway in both Sweden and Norway, and you need to be open to you need to be open to travel.

About the Projects

The project opportunities we have are on the verge of becoming finalized assignments involving large data centers where we perform all installations. We work directly with the end customer and deliver with a project organization specifically set up for each project.

We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Possesses a post-secondary education, preferably in engineering
• Has prior experience in a leadership role managing large, complex, fast track projects (over 50 million EUR)
• Has thorough experience from installations and technical systems in data centers, and the cooperation model between suppliers and international clients
• Understands business models and contracts which are standard in international data center projects
• Has led large organizations with multiple levels, including direct staff and subcontractors
• Is fluent in English, both spoken and written; Swedish or Norwegian is an advantage
