Project assistant algorithm research

The Division of Data Science & AI is looking for a project assistant for the summer to assist in theoretical and empirical research in algorithms. We aim to give exceptionally talented students the possibility to engage in practical research work.

Job description
- Conduct research in algorithms under the guidance of the faculty.

Contract terms
Temporary full-time employment. Starting date is 1/6 and the duration of employment is 3 months.

Qualifications
Master-level student in computer science, or almost ready to begin master-level studies in computer science.

- Strong programming skills (especially C++ and Python)
- Strong knowledge and skills in algorithms and mathematics, as verified by a transcript of records

Meritorious
Good grades in relevant courses (e.g., algorithms, advanced course, programming courses, math courses).
